When employees have a clearer picture of what the organization is trying to accomplish, they have an increased opportunity to help accomplish those goals.
When we see data displayed in the workplace, we understand what’s going on. An example is seeing the United Way thermometer displayed in a bank. As bank employees use a red marker to color in the thermometer to indicate how much money was raised, we have an immediate picture as to the success of the campaign.
When elementary school students read books and try to complete a trip across the United States by earning 5 miles per book, we can look at a map of the United States and measure their progress.
Where do your employees need to see data regarding progress that will help them lead in and help accomplish organizational goals?

School Board Training
The school board in North Branch Area Public Schools has been pleased to work with Bruce Miles on school board development. Members of the school board found Bruce very knowledgeable in board communications, the role of board members and the relationship between the board and superintendent. Each session with Bruce is engaging and informative! Bruce provided the training the board needed.
